Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges:

• All products can be returned within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

• The customer bears the return shipping costs; delivery fees are non-refundable.

• Orders placed from outside Saudi Arabia are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• The refund will be processed immediately after the product is handed over to the shipping company, provided it is in good condition.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

• In case of exchanges, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Cases where products cannot be returned:

• If the return request is made after the specified period of 7 days from the date of receipt.

• If the product has been used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as it was received.
